Cesar Mejia of Schuyler won $1,000 playing 25th Anniversary Silver Multiplier from the Nebraska Lottery! Cesar said he was kind of freaked when he kept scratching off winning symbols to reveal his $1,000 prize. He's planning on using his winnings to help his dad fix a leaky roof. Congrats, Cesar!
